Business administrator should have transferable skills and knowledge that can be applied to all sectors of the job role, confident dealing with the public and IT literate. The role involves working independently and as part of a team, implementing, maintaining and improving admin services. 

Role

  • Answering the phone
  • Booking customers in appointments
  • Phoning suppliers and ordering parts
  • Reconciling the banking for sales and purchase ledger
