Business Administrator Apprentice
SPX Opticians is looking for a hardworking and friendly Business Administrator Apprentice to join our busy independent opticians.
You will gain valuable experience in administration, customer service and business operations while working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship with Nottingham College.
Role
Duties include:
- Answering phone calls and welcoming customers
- Booking appointments and contacting customers
- Filing records and completing paperwork
- Using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Supporting staff training and meetings
- Assisting with customer service and optical duties
