Contract Product Manager – Central Gov Project Remote (with some travel to London/Manchester)£450/day (Inside IR35)ASAP start – until end of year (likely extension)London or Manchester once per weekWe’re working with a consultancy partner who are delivering on a high-profile central government project and are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the team.Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver product management fundamentals: roadmap, vision, strategy, demonstrating value.
• Take ownership of an existing service and continue driving it forward.
• Collaborate with the UCD team, bringing problems to them and working together on solutions.
• Confidently manage difficult stakeholder conversations, working closely with the Programme Delivery Manager.
• Demo product capability and showcase value delivered.
• Champion Agile methodologies across the team.

Experience Required

• Proven Product Management track record across multiple projects.
• Ability to hit the ground running with existing services.
• Strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience handling senior stakeholders and steering challenging conversations.
• Previous exposure to central government projects / GDS highly desirable.
