We are really proud to be partnering with an award-winning digital consultancy that's scaling fast and shaping how public services are built and delivered across the UK.

They've recently won some seriously exciting projects - think:

• Using AI and data innovation to improve air quality across major UK cities
• Helping the NHS streamline patient safety systems used by thousands of doctors and dentists
• Supporting DVLA with one of Europe's most complex API transformation programmes (it even won a Queen's Award )

Now they're looking for a couple of taleneted Delivery Managers to help steer these high-impact programmes and bring delivery excellence across their growing portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects that make a real difference to people's lives. From bids and SOWs through to go-live, you'll be the glue between product, engineering, and client teams ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

You'll:

• Own delivery across multiple, large-scale public sector programmes
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to define scope, budgets, and strategy
• Champion Agile best practice and continuous improvement
• Nurture a collaborative, empowered delivery culture
• Keep your teams motivated, connected, and laser-focused on outcomes

About You:

You'll be a confident, experienced delivery leader who thrives on collaboration and clarity. You can switch between people and process effortlessly knowing when to lean in, when to step back, and how to make things happen.

You'll likely have:

• Experience leading delivery of complex, enterprise-level projects
• A strong technical grounding and ability to work hand-in-hand with engineers
• Proven success delivering for the UK public sector (essential)
• Experience across the full delivery lifecycle - governance, risk, resourcing, and beyond
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A people-first, empowering leadership style

Bonus points for:

• Consultancy experience or client-facing project delivery
• Delivery within regulated or enterprise environments
• A love for improving public services through tech
