SR2 are supporting on a large government piece of work which requires a Product Manager with a wealth of experience leading salesforce products. This is a great chance to take ownership of a Salesforce platform thats already live and make a real impact on how it evolves. Youll shape the roadmap, champion user needs, and drive adoption across the organisation - ensuring Salesforce delivers real value, not just features.

Given the sensitive nature of this work and the quick turn around time, applicants are required to have active SC clearance; if you do not already have this, unfortunately we cannot put you through it.

Role:

• Leading the product roadmap and backlog, turning ideas into tangible improvements.
• Working together with a Salesforce Architect to deliver scalable, user-centred solutions.
• Driving continuous improvements through sprint planning and releases.
• Acting as the voice of the user - gathering feedback and turning it into outcomes that matter.
• Defining success measures and showing the business the real impact of Salesforce.
• Engaging with stakeholders and vendors to keep delivery on track and aligned.

Requirements:

• Active SC clearance essential
• Strong Salesforce knowledge (CRM, Experience Cloud etc) essential
• Proven experience as a Product Manager on Salesforce platforms
• Skilled in agile delivery and backlog management
• Strong experience prioritising, influencing, and engaging stakeholders.
• Comfortable driving adoption and embedding digital products.
• Salesforce certifications desirable
