About the Opportunity:

SR2 are supporting a sequoia-backed AI company that have just secured Series A, they are building technology that helps large organisations map, understand and improve how work actually gets done inside their business. It’s already deployed in complex enterprise environments across the UK and US and gaining real traction. It’s a chance to help define the go to market approach from the outset and have real ownership in how the business scales revenue.

The Role:

We are looking for a high-performing, hunter mentality Account Executive to own full-cycle enterprise sales across mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will be responsible for building pipeline from scratch, running complex deal cycles, and closing high value opportunities with senior technical stakeholders. This opportunity would suit someone who has previously operated in a founding sales environment and is comfortable building pipeline, shaping process, and driving deals without an established playbook.

What you will do:

Own and grow a named enterprise account list and generate new pipeline through outbound and network-led activity. Land & expand; run full cycle deals from first conversation through to close. Engage CTOs, CIOs, and senior engineering leaders in consultative discovery. Scope and lead paid pilots with technical teams. Drive conversion from pilot into long-term enterprise agreements. Work closely with leadership on strategic deals and key accounts. Feed customer insight back into product and go-to-market direction.

What We Are Looking For:

4+ years experience in enterprise SaaS or AI sales with a proven track record of closing six figure deals. Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build pipeline independently. Comfortable selling into technical stakeholders and complex enterprise environments. High ownership mindset, strong commercial judgement, and ability to operate without structure. Experience in fast-moving or early stage environments. Strong communicator who builds credibility quickly with senior decision-makers.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to IT operations, infrastructure, or service management environments. Experience selling into engineering-led or technically complex organisations. Background in early-stage or founder led sales environments.
