💰 £55k–£75k base + uncapped OTE + equity
Our client is a high-growth RegTech SaaS business tackling one of the most critical problems in financial services, enabling organisations to streamline compliance, reduce risk, and operate more efficiently in heavily regulated environments.
Following strong early traction across the UK market, they are now scaling their commercial team and hiring a Senior Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business across enterprise and upper mid-market organisations.
Across the team of 10+ AEs, all are exceeding their quota! The pipeline is growing substantially and the team doesn't currently have the capacity to support the growth - hence the need to hire! You will walk into existing accounts, pipeline, and sales-qualified meetings from the first week. However, this therefore demands market experience/expertise to be able to impact and hit the ground running immediately.
This is a high-impact role focused on owning deals end-to-end, building pipeline, and closing complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities in a fast-moving environment.
The Role
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, targeting mid-market organisations
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through outbound activity and SDR collaboration
• Run consultative sales processes across multiple stakeholders (legal, compliance, IT, procurement)
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to client needs and use cases
• Develop account strategies and drive expansion opportunities within target accounts
• Partner cross-functionally with SDRs, marketing, and product to maximise deal success
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management via CRM
Their Requirements
• 3–5+ years experience in a closing role within B2B AML/KYC SaaS company!
• Proven track record hitting £500k+ ARR quotas with £30k+ ACV deals
• Strong experience running multi-threaded, consultative sales cycles
• Comfortable selling into compliance, risk, legal, or financial services environments
• Highly proactive, able to self-source pipeline and operate with autonomy
• Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments preferred
