A fast-growing AI RegTech startup is expanding into the UK and hiring a Founding (Snr-level) Account Executive to lead its commercial presence in the region.

The company has built an AI-native platform that automates complex risk and compliance work, replacing manual processes with autonomous AI agents capable of executing tasks like risk assessments, controls testing, and compliance audits in minutes.

Backed by tier-one investors following a recent Series A, the business is already working with major enterprise organisations and scaling rapidly as demand for automated compliance infrastructure accelerates globally.

This role is the first commercial hire focused on the UK market, offering genuine ownership of a new region in one of the most exciting emerging categories in enterprise AI.

The Role💼

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from first conversation to close

Ideal Background🤔

*Recent startup experience is essential, alternatively, Enterprise AE or Founding AE experience in Compliance AI/SaaS scale-up would be the only alternative (both is preferred).

• Comfortable selling complex technical platforms into enterprise stakeholders

• Experience building pipeline in new markets or early-stage companies

• Strong understanding of compliance, risk, or security workflows in regulated industries

• Entrepreneurial mindset, someone who enjoys building rather than inheriting territory
