Founding Account Executive, EMEA (Enterprise, Senior)
Location: EC1, London (Hybrid)
Compensation: £115,000 - £145,000 basic p.a. (+ double OTE and between 0.25 - 0.5% equity)
Our client is a Series B, AI-driven FinTech building applied machine-learning products for enterprise financial institutions. Rather than incremental tooling, they focus on high-impact systems that directly influence revenue, risk, and decision-making across complex financial environments.
Founded less than three years ago, the company has already reached eight-figure ARR, secured eight-figure funding, and established a strong base of enterprise customers. This is not a speculative AI story. The commercial model is proven, demand is validated, and growth is now the priority.
The business is entering a rapid scale phase and is investing heavily in its go-to-market function.
The role
This is a Founding Snr Enterprise Account Executive / GTM Lead position.
You are not stepping into a mature sales organisation. You are helping design and scale the commercial engine. The mandate spans revenue generation, market strategy, and early GTM infrastructure.
This role is suited to someone who understands how to win complex enterprise deals while simultaneously shaping positioning, ICP definition, and sales motion design.
What you’ll do
• Own full enterprise sales cycles from pipeline creation through close
• Lead high-value, multi-stakeholder deal processes
• Define and refine ideal customer profiles and targeting strategy
• Shape messaging, positioning, and sales narrative
• Build repeatable sales processes and early GTM structure
• Partner directly with founders on commercial strategy
• Influence hiring and early team build
• Drive expansion within landed enterprise accounts

• Proven success in enterprise AI FinTech/RegTech sales or Founding AI sales role
• Experience winning complex, high-ACV deals
• Credible engaging senior financial, technical, and executive stakeholders
• High ownership mindset with builder mentality
• Consistent record of quota overperformance
• Exposure to AI, data, or machine-learning-led products
• Background selling into financial institutions
• Experience shaping GTM strategy, not just executing it
