Founding Engineer

SR2 are currently looking for a highly motivated Founding Engineer (Full Stack) for an AI start-up in Central London.

Location: Central London (3 days a week onsite, 2 days WFH).

Salary: £90,000 - 120,000.

They are looking for an exceptional full-stack engineer to join as one of the first employees.

What are they looking for?

• Python, NextJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL Azure, LLMs, CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with internal & external stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Co-Founder & CTO to design, build, and maintain back-end services and systems that support AI-powered products, all whilst meeting tight deadlines.
• Design and bring to life intuitive AI-native user experiences tailored to litigation workflows
• Improve system performance, stability and observability as we scale.
• Develop intelligent, multi-step agent workflows that can autonomously handle complex tasks.
• Help shape our engineering culture and team - from best practices to hiring and mentorship.
• Experience working at a start-up company or a strong preference for working in a growing, fast paced environment.
