Circa £135,000 + benefits
12-Month FTC (High likelihood of it being a multi year extension)
A nationally recognized organization is seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead a major enterprise-wide Customer & Income Management transformation programme.
This is a high-profile leadership opportunity focused on modernizing customer journeys, CRM platforms, and data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
The programme is already live and now requires a senior transformation leader who can bring structure, governance, momentum, and executive alignment to the next phase of delivery.
The Opportunity
You’ll act as the single accountable leader for a large-scale CRM and technology-enabled transformation programme, owning:
• Strategy
• Delivery
• Governance
• Stakeholder engagement at Exec & Board level
This role requires someone who can balance strategic vision with operational delivery discipline — bringing together technology, people, process, and culture behind a clear transformation roadmap.

Proven experience leading large-scale CRM and technology transformation programmes
Track record delivering £10m+ enterprise programmes
Strong technical credibility across CRM, data, and digital transformation
Exceptional executive stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to influence at Board and C-suite level
Strong governance, delivery control, and programme structuring experience
Experience driving behavioural and cultural change alongside technology transformation
