Programme Director – CRM Transformation (Tech & Data)

Most Programme Director roles sit far away from the detail.
This one can’t.
You’ll be leading a live, high-profile CRM and data transformation - where success depends on two things:
👉 Understanding the technology well enough to challenge it
👉 Leading people well enough to bring them with you
This isn’t greenfield. The vision exists, we need someone who can turn the "This is what we want" north star into an actionable plan.
You’ll take full ownership of a major programme focused on customer journeys, data and income generation, sitting across tech, product, operations and commercial teams. Perfect for someone who is both strategic with experience in delivery.
You’ll be expected to:
- Lead a £10m+ CRM / tech programme end-to-end
- Work closely with engineering and product teams (and understand what they do)
- Build structure, governance and delivery discipline
- Make trade-offs and stand behind them
- Command senior stakeholders - and bring them with you
This is a role where how you communicate matters as much as what you deliver; telling a compelling story, get buy in at all levels, keep momentum in the porgramme and know where tomake trade-offs.
Essential experiecne you will need to have =
- Proven experience delivering large-scale CRM transformation programmes
- Strong technical credibility across data, platforms and engineering environments
- Ability to operate both in the detail and at board level
- Exceptional stakeholder leadership - able to influence, align and drive decisions
- Track record of building structure, governance and delivery control
This is a role for someone who can walk into a room, own it, and take people on the journey.
