RF Systems Engineer

RF Systems Engineer - Maidenhead | £60,000–£75,000 | Onsite + International Travel

You’ll be working on mission-critical communication systems used in some of the toughest environments out there - underground, industrial sites, large-scale infrastructure - where reliability isn’t optional.

This isn’t a lab-only role.

You’ll design systems, work directly with customers, and then see those solutions installed, tested and operating in the field.

You’ll be:

• Designing and delivering RF and wireless communication systems
• Working across technologies like DAS, LTE, TETRA and fibre-based systems
• Supporting proposals and working closely with commercial teams
• Conducting site surveys, testing and system validation (FAT/SAT)
• Getting hands-on with installation, commissioning and troubleshooting

It’s a mix of engineering, problem-solving and customer interaction - ideal if you enjoy being close to the full lifecycle.

You’ll likely bring:

• Experience working with RF / wireless communication systems
• Design or do Test & Integration experience of similar RF Systems
• Confidence working with customers and explaining technical solutions

Experience supporting pre-sales or technical proposals would be a strong bonus.
