🩺 Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile product teams within a tech for good business in delivering value through collaboration, continuous improvement, and effective Scrum practices. 🏥

💡 Responsibilities:

👩 ⚕️Guide teams in Agile and Scrum practices

👩 ⚕️Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments

👩 ⚕️Support Product Owners with backlog management and planning

👩 ⚕️Coach teams to become self-managing and outcome-focused

👩 ⚕️Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement

✅ Requirements

👩 ⚕️Experience Scrum Mastering technical or product teams

👩 ⚕️Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills

👩 ⚕️Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset

👩 ⚕️Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles 💙

Structure: 3 x a week in Bath

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 + benefits
