Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile product teams within a tech for good business in delivering value through collaboration, continuous improvement, and effective Scrum practices.

Responsibilities:

⚕️Guide teams in Agile and Scrum practices

⚕️Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments

⚕️Support Product Owners with backlog management and planning

⚕️Coach teams to become self-managing and outcome-focused

⚕️Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement

✅ Requirements

⚕️Experience Scrum Mastering technical or product teams

⚕️Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills

⚕️Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset

⚕️Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles

Structure: 3 x a week in Bath

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 + benefits
