The Company

Our client is a profitable, AI-enabled healthcare technology organisation delivering enterprise digital experience platforms and integrated solutions across the NHS.

They are on a mission to modernise digital engagement, improve patient and staff experience, streamline communication, and reduce operational pressures through scalable digital platforms and automation solutions. Their solutions are widely adopted across NHS Trusts nationwide and following continued success and strong market demand, they are now expanding their commercial team as part of a major scale-up journey ahead of a planned IPO.

The Opportunity

This is a strategic new business role focused on winning and growing enterprise NHS accounts across a defined territory.

You’ll be engaging senior NHS stakeholders including CIOs, CCIOs, Digital Transformation leaders, Communications teams and operational leadership, positioning high-value digital transformation solutions that are already proven within the NHS market.

Importantly, this role requires somebody who understands how to sell consultatively into the NHS and has experience selling comparable solutions and value propositions into similar buyer communities.

Ideally you will have sold:

• Digital transformation platforms

• Employee experience or intranet solutions

• Patient engagement platforms

• Workflow automation or integration software

• Healthcare SaaS platforms

• Portal technologies

• Communication and collaboration solutions

• Enterprise CMS / DXP / CX technologies

• Microsoft ecosystem solutions into the NHS/public sector

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth across NHS organisations and ICS environments

• Build and manage a strategic pipeline of enterprise opportunities

• Develop trusted relationships with senior NHS decision-makers

• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to close

• Deliver compelling demonstrations, proposals and business cases

• Navigate NHS procurement and tender processes effectively

• Collaborate closely with leadership, product and delivery teams

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience selling SaaS/software solutions into the NHS

• Track record of winning new business and achieving quota

• Experience selling similar digital transformation or engagement solutions

• Strong understanding of NHS buying cycles and stakeholder management

• Ability to manage long, consultative enterprise sales cycles

• Experience handling frameworks, tenders and procurement processes

• Commercially driven, ambitious and highly motivated

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• CRM experience (HubSpot advantageous)
