I’m looking to speak to talented AI Engineers or Fullstack SW Engineers who have been working on building AI features/products.

As an engineer at this business, you’ll enjoy complete end-to-end ownership and a load of autonomy. You’ll get involved in building features on top of existing products as well as 0-1 new product development.

The business is in a really strong position. They have hundreds of clients globally, have hit a multimillion-pound revenue stream in just a couple of years and are already profitable. On top of that, they recently raised Series A, so they have a solid runway.

Another consideration is the quality of their founding team. They have an excellent mix of impressive academic backgrounds, domain experts within the industry they operate in, and technically brilliant engineers.

The technical bar is very high.

Requirements:

• Speed is everything – you need to be comfortable working at pace.
• High agency and an ability to take full ownership.
• Expert Python skills, but React and TypeScript would be preferred.
• Background working with Postgres databases.
• LLM prompt engineering experience.
• Any experience with LLM evaluation frameworks would be a nice bonus.
• Ideally, experience building products from 0-1 (super cool side projects are fine).

The company operate 100% from the office, so you must be willing to be on-site.
