Senior Support Engineer

HIRING: Senior Support Engineer, Cambridge, Onsite role, £75,000 (flexible)

I am currently hiring for a Senior Support Engineer to work directly with customers integrating software and electronics products, acting as a technical point of contact and providing insight into customer needs to inform product development.

Essential Requirements:

Provide technical support to customers integrating software and electronic systems;

Develop an in-depth understanding of our product range;

Capture customer requirements and feedback to support product improvement;

Support customer visits, demos, and training;

Prepare technical documentation, guidance, and reporting where required;

Travel to customer sites in the UK and overseas

Beneficial background skills to have (not essential);

Experience in software development or testing activities (e.g. but not exclusive to, C++, Python, Java etc.);

Experience leading a team;

Maintaining internal IT infrastructure;

Working in defence, military, radar, aerospace and similar sectors

Client facing experience

We are looking for a mature and independent experienced individual with a strong desire to be in a customer facing role. Have been either in a small leadership opportunity and understands the requirements of being in front of customers and have a passion for it! Defence experience isn't essential but would be brilliant :)

£75,000 flexible salary, benefits and profit share;

5 days onsite in Cambridge
