IM HIRING: Lead Frontend Developer (Remote, UK based) £85,000 +

Lead Frontend Developer, with full stack knowledge and commercial experience;

Remote first role, Fintech business

I'm supporting a fintech scale up in hiring a Lead Frontend Developer to take ownership of their customer facing web application and frontend ecosystem. This is a hands on leadership role, where you will be responsive both both the coding and people management.

Role expectations:

Own the modern frontend stack (currently React focused but open to confident knowledge with either React or Vue.js;

Lead and mentor a squad of frontend developers;

Maintain& evolve a shared component library/design system;

Collaborate closely with Product & Design teams;

Ensure seamless API integration with backend squads;

Shape front end technical directions

Your experience;

5 + years experience building web apps (React, Vue, Angular);

Solid experience with LAMP Stack (commercial exposure to PHP, Laravel);

Experience leading/mentoring frontend engineers;

Experience building or stewarding component libraries;

Deep understanding of frontend integration with APIs;

Fluency in frontend tooling
