Location: Stratford, London (Hybrid - 2 days on-site per week)

You'll be responsible for creating clear, accessible content that supports user needs and meets Government Digital Service (GDS) standards

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and iterate clear, concise content for digital services, aligned to accessibility and usability standards.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including policy, design, and development.
- Apply content governance, plain English, and inclusive design practices.
- Operate within agile delivery teams to support iterative service improvement.
- Experience as a Content Designer within UK public sector or similarly regulated environments.
- Strong working knowledge of GDS standards, accessibility, and content design best practices.
- Ability to translate complex information into plain English for diverse user groups.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in agile, user-centred delivery teams.
