DV Cleared Product Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a DV-cleared Product Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile defence programme. You will define the product vision, manage the roadmap, and ensure features meet business and operational requirements. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, workstream leads, and agile delivery teams.

Job Title: DV Cleared Product Manager
Location: Hybrid, Bristol (3-4 days onsite)
Contract: 6 months, Inside IR35
Day Rate: Up to £550/day

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage product roadmap and backlog, prioritising features to meet programme objectives
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable KPIs
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operational teams to deliver secure, high-quality solutions
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, providing clear reporting, forecasts, and updates
• Support Agile delivery practices, facilitating planning, retrospectives, and iterative improvements
• Monitor product performance, risk, and delivery against plan, driving corrective actions as needed

Skills & Experience:

• DV clearance (mandatory)
• 3+ years' experience as a Product Manager
• Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience defining product requirements, user stories, and KPIs
