Location: Remote-first, with 2 days a month onsite in South Wales

Key Responsibilities
- Define product strategies and roadmaps, translating them into actionable plans
- Lead delivery through Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods as appropriate
- Run delivery ceremonies and engage stakeholders with clear communication
- Prioritise effectively, resolve blockers, and keep teams focused on outcomes
- Collaborate with consultants, analysts, technologists, and suppliers to deliver user-focused solutions
- Approve user stories, sprint plans, and deliverables against agreed standards
- Champion best practice in product management, fostering continuous improvement
- Coach and mentor team members while maintaining a strong focus on user needs
- Support business development by contributing to tenders, pitches, and client planning
- Embrace a start-up mindset, identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive growth
Desired Experience
- Digital product management experience for 5+ years
- Background in government or public sector is desirable
- Agency or consultancy environment experience
