Scrum Master
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile product teams within a tech for good business in delivering value through collaboration, continuous improvement, and effective Scrum practices.

Responsibilities:

Guide teams in Agile and Scrum practices
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments
Support Product Owners with backlog management and planning
Coach teams to become self-managing and outcome-focused
Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement

Requirements
Experience Scrum Mastering technical or product teams
Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills
Positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles
