Service Designer

Service Designer | Government | Outside IR35

A government digital programme is looking for an experienced Service Designer to support work across Discovery and Alpha.

Contract details:

• Outside IR35 up to £450/day
• 4-5 months initially Scope to extend
• Mainly remote; occasional client-site travel
• UK based

Key experience:

• Strong government/GDS Service Design background
• Discovery and Alpha delivery
• Journey mapping and service blueprinting
• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
• Working closely with User Research, Product and Delivery teams
• Experience designing services for vulnerable users or people with complex needs would be particularly useful
