Account Executive London Hybrid £70,000 base £150,000 OTE SaaS AI Healthtech Enterprise Sales

Their mission is to help healthcare teams spend less time on admin and more time with patients with a product that's already adopted by leading clinical groups and healthcare networks across the UK and internationally Following a successful Series A and rapid growth across Europe, the company is expanding its commercial team in London and looking for a proven Account Executive to drive new enterprise business and accelerate adoption of their AI platform across primary care, community, and private health providers.They’re looking for a driven, consultative Enterprise Account Executive, ideally with experience in the healthcare sector, who is able to translate complex technology into clinical and operational value, and who’s excited to join a purpose-led team reshaping the future of digital healthcare What you'll be doing You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying to demo, proposal, and close. You’ll work closely with clinical and operations leaders, understanding their challenges and positioning tailored AI-enabled solutions that improve workflow, efficiency, and patient experience.You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to shape market strategy and ensure seamless delivery post-sale.Key Responsibilities 
                            - Build and manage a qualified pipeline across enterprise health providers (public and private sector)
 - Lead discovery calls, product demos, and proposal processes with C-suite and clinical stakeholders
 - Manage complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers, navigating procurement frameworks
 - Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets (c. >£1m ARR per year)
 - Track performance in CRM, forecast accurately, and report insights back to leadership
 - Represent the company at healthtech events, demos, and strategic meetings
 
- 3–6 years’ experience in SaaS or Healthtech enterprise sales, ideally closing complex B2B deals
 - Proven record of exceeding targets and managing £200k+ deal values
 - Strong understanding of consultative/value-based selling and solution discovery
 - Excellent communication skills and ability to engage both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
 - Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, mission-driven scale-up environment
 - Familiarity with healthcare technology, digital transformation, or AI-powered solutions (advantageous)
 - Experience selling into healthcare providers, hospital groups, or NHS organisations (preferred)
