Applications Engineer (BMS) - Fully Remote

My client is a leading global consultancy is looking for an Applications Engineer (BMS) to deliver technically complex projects across a diverse, multinational client base. This is a hands-on, solutions-led role at the forefront of smart building integration—offering exposure to enterprise-grade systems, global projects, and next-generation technology.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and implementing intelligent BMS solutions, from logic programming and UI development to third-party integration.
• Engineering control databases and graphical user interfaces tailored to client specs.
• Running system commissioning and site-based testing—ensuring real-world performance meets design intent.
• Collaborating with client-side and contractor teams, acting as the technical bridge throughout the project lifecycle.
• Providing both remote and on-site technical support, including system diagnostics and user training.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong background in Building Management Systems—especially around commissioning, integration, and controls programming.
• Experience working with Tridium Niagara (TCP certification a plus).
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and control theory.
• A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering (or related field).
• Proficiency with Windows environments, MS Excel, and technical documentation.
• Confidence operating in client-facing roles and complex project environments.
