- Experience as a Bid Manager, Proposal Lead, or Bid Writer within consultancy, technology services, or similar complex environments.
- Strong understanding of structured sales cycles, tenders, and public-sector procurement.
- Excellent written communication, editing, and persuasive writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate contributions across teams.
- Comfortable engaging with technical experts and senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with regulated, high-assurance, or compliance-heavy sectors.
- Knowledge of public-sector frameworks (e.g., digital, technology, professional services).
- Formal bid/proposal qualifications (e.g., APMP).
