SR2 are hiring for a Business Analyst who will work closely with operational teams to deliver projects that enhance data products through new features, improved processes, and strengthened compliance. The role focuses on gathering and refining requirements, designing user-facing processes, and supporting the rollout of new product capabilities, including associated support and operating models. Working cross-functionally with product, delivery, architecture, and engineering teams, the Business Analyst will drive process improvements and ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual workstreams to embed required changes into data products and services
- Define frameworks and processes to support effective data ingestion
- Implement changes to user support processes and operating models
- Experience working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and refinement skills
- Understanding of service and product delivery lifecycles
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in agile environments (e.g. influencing team ways of working, sprint ceremonies, backlog management using tools such as Jira)
- Strong ownership of backlog content and prioritisation
- Inquisitive, analytical, and appropriately challenging, with a consultative and client-facing approach
- Not required to be hands-on technical, but must have sufficient technical awareness to work effectively with engineering teams and data-led products
