Clinical Safety Officer - Healthcare

Clinical Safety Officer – Healthcare  SR2 are recruiting an experienced Clinical Safety Officer (CSO) to support a major healthcare programme. You’ll lead on clinical safety across digital products, ensuring compliance with NHS England’s Clinical Safety Management System (CSMS) and standards DCB 0129 and DCB 0160.Key Responsibilities:

• Act as clinical signatory on Clinical Safety Case Reports (CSCR)
• Conduct risk identification and assessments across the product lifecycle
• Define Safety Assurance Levels (SAL) and support hazard workshops
• Advise on safe clinical design and lead incident reviews

Essential Experience:

• 5+ years as a Clinical Safety Officer
• Strong NHS / healthcare delivery background
• Proven experience with DCB 0129 & 0160 compliance
• Comfortable operating in agile, client-facing environments
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
