Delivery Manager

Delivery Manager Outside | Remote | Start Oct | 6 months SR2 is supporting a central government-backed project exploring the next generation of digital public services, with a focus on agentic AI proof of concepts. The team is developing new ways to deliver personalised, relevant and practical guidance for citizens.We’re now looking for a Delivery Manager to join the team and keep everything running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Lead Product Manager, Product Manager, designers, researchers, and engineers, ensuring the team can deliver at pace, learn quickly, and stay focused on outcomes.Role:

• Leading the day-to-day delivery of an agile, multidisciplinary team.
• Planning and running discoveries in short timeframes, ensuring insights are captured and acted on.
• Working closely with user-centred design (UCD) colleagues to support research, testing, and iteration.
• Removing blockers, managing risks, and keeping delivery on track.
• Supporting the team to balance innovation with delivery discipline.
• Coordinating workshops, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to maintain clarity and momentum.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, ideally in government or complex public-sector projects.
• A track record of running discovery and alpha GDS projects in short timeframes.
• Strong experience working with UCD teams (designers, researchers, content designers).
• The ability to foster collaboration and transparency across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing delivery of AI tools or prototypes (beneficial)
