Delivery Manager - SC Sponsorship Available
SR2 has multiple exciting opportunities for Delivery Managers to join high-profile government digital programmes on a multi-year contract.
You do not need to already hold SC Clearance - we can sponsor the clearance process for the right candidates.
You'll work across projects spanning digital transformation, data, automation and cutting-edge AI, supporting multidisciplinary Agile teams to keep delivery on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery across Agile teams and workstreams.
- Manage plans, risks, issues, dependencies and milestones.
- Work with Product Managers, technical teams and government stakeholders.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove delivery blockers.
- Support governance, reporting and assurance.
Experience Required
- 2-5 years' experience in Delivery Management, Project Management or a similar role.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing delivery risks, dependencies and milestones.
- Comfortable working across technical and business teams.
Government or DDaT experience is beneficial but not essential.
