We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to support a large-scale, technically complex transformation programme.
Reporting into a Senior Technical Programme Manager, you will play a key role in driving day-to-day delivery across multiple technical workstreams, operating predominantly within a waterfall environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the Senior Programme Manager with day-to-day programme delivery
• Maintaining detailed delivery plans, milestones, actions and dependencies across technical workstreams
• Tracking risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring clear ownership and agreed actions
• Coordinating activity across architects, engineers, infrastructure, security and third-party supplier teams
• Following up on actions and constructively challenging slippage to keep delivery on track
• Producing clear status updates, RAID reporting and delivery information for senior stakeholders
• Supporting governance forums, planning sessions and delivery reviews
• Coordinating complex technical change and transition activities
• Escalating delivery risks, blockers and dependency issues where required

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager within complex technical or infrastructure programmes
• Strong experience working within waterfall / traditional delivery environments
• Excellent planning, organisation and delivery tracking skills
• Experience managing RAID, dependencies, milestones and actions
• Confidence working closely with technical stakeholders, including architects and engineers
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable operating within complex environments involving multiple teams and third-party suppliers
• Previous experience within government, regulated or security-sensitive environments would be advantageous
• Active SC clearance is essential
