Digital Adoption Programme - NHSContract Length: 3–4 months IR35: Outside Rate: £350 - £450 per day Location: South West / EastWe’re looking for experienced Digital Adoption Consultants to support a hospital through a fast-paced digital transformation programme. You’ll help drive operational excellence, embed new digital ways of working, and support frontline teams as they adopt a major EPR platform (EPIC preferred). This is hands-on, change-focused work within a live hospital environment, working closely with clinical, operational, and digital teams.Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital adoption activities across clinical and operational teams, ensuring smooth uptake of new EPR workflows.
• Run readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and impact analysis to identify adoption barriers and operational pinch points.
• Support clinical and non-clinical teams with process change, workflow optimisation, and training reinforcement.
• Drive continuous improvement across hospital operations to maximise the benefits of the new EPR.
• Collaborate with programme leadership to track adoption metrics, highlight risks, and ensure operational alignment.
• Provide structured change management support including comms, training planning, and at-the-elbow guidance.

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong background working within NHS hospitals (acute setting preferred).
• Experience driving operational excellence within healthcare environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting EPR adoption (EPIC strongly preferred; Cerner, Lorenzo, Allscripts or similar also considered).
• Proven success delivering digital change or transformation within clinical / operational teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, able to work confidently with senior leaders and frontline staff.
