The role details :Agile Project / Delivery ManagerDay rate – 600 p/d inside IR35Location – Cheltenham ( 2 / 3 days per week onsite required )Clearance – Highest level – Green Badge -Essential   Start Date - September Duration : 6 months The Role We are looking for an experienced Agile Project / Delivery Manager to support one of our ongoing programmes with a major public sector client. You’ll play a key part in a fast-moving delivery team, overseeing the build of new digital services and ensuring smooth progress through agile practices.You must hold UK citezenship and have lived in the UK perminantly for the last 10 years to be considered. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing project progress, reporting, and managing risks, issues, and budgets.
• Facilitating agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Supporting delivery through coaching, problem-solving, and removing blockers.
• Managing stakeholder relationships and resolving escalations.
• Creating a productive environment where the team can succeed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in delivering software projects.
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of agile practices such as user stories, backlog management, and automated testing.
