We are working with a growing tech for good Fintech, who are on a mission to help tackle the housing market and help the next generation of home buyers take their first steps onto the property ladder. They are building specialist and accessible technologies that provide buyers with personalise and open up lending options.

So many of my network are looking to make an impact in their next role, and this is exactly that. You will have the chance to play a vital role in evolving the development and enhancement of the mobile app and user experience. (Which is currently under a drastic overhaul!)

Aswell as real influence on new products, wider business, ecosystem - alongside a great team (Trust me I have seen them in action and they are amazing! )

- Lead end-to-end development of new features, from greenfield to deployment
- Maintain and evaluate the performance of existing features - try your best to make sure the ship (and code) runs smoothly
- Bug identification, troubleshooting, and resolving sufficiently
- Help implement best practices and maintain quality coding standards in own work and across the wider team
- It's a growing startup that has also recently undergone a successful acquisition - so thinking commercially and always about the wider team!
