About the Product & TeamWhile the broader business has a long-standing reputation, the SaaS arm is growing fast - with over 70% revenue growth in the past 12 months and 100+ customers onboarded this year alone.You’ll be joining a team focused on overhauling the discoverability experience, as part of a long-running programme rebuilding core platform components. This isn’t a strategy-led role - it’s about execution: shaping specs, aligning with engineering, and delivering valuable features that genuinely meet user and business needs.?? What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own product execution within a delivery team: capture requirements, align scope, and work closely with developers and designers.
  • Support continuous delivery and discovery alongside the team’s ongoing development cycles.
  • Act as a key communication bridge between stakeholders and the delivery team - managing expectations and turning input into actionable plans.
  • Engage with internal teams and users to deeply understand content and publishing workflows.
  • Drive progress in a complex but rewarding space where every site can host millions of images and TBs of data.
What We’re Looking For Must-haves:
  • Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst with strong product delivery focus.
  • Clear understanding of product management frameworks and mindset.
  • Proven experience in specification capture, delivery pipelines, and working in Agile teams.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to negotiate, influence, and manage stakeholders with tact and clarity.
Nice-to-haves:
  • Familiarity with high-volume content platforms or data-heavy web applications.

Location & Working Pattern The role is based in Bath, with flexible hybrid working. The team generally prefers candidates who can attend the office ideally twice a week (minimum once per month), but are open to discussing individual needs.?? Interview Process

  2. Final stage (90 mins, in-person) – includes a short presentation based on general product competencies. You’ll meet with senior leaders and get a clear picture of the business and expectations.
