They’ve already partnered with some household-name global clients, but they’re still a smaller, close-knit team – meaning your work will have a visible impact from day one.The team loves getting together once per month for an offsite day where they will either have a company social, or do charity volunteering - and annually, they do a company weekender to celebrate successes together. With a central Bristol you’ll get beautiful views and buzzing city energy while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working.The Role You’ll take ownership of the internal product roadmap, working alongside the principal product manager and VP of Product, focusing on scaling core platform capabilities, improving data workflows, and preparing for a brand-new AI-driven product launch.You’ll:

• Define the roadmap for internal tools, data systems, and infrastructure.
• Work closely with engineering to evolve system architecture and improve reliability.
• Drive automation of workflows like onboarding, reconciliation, and data ingestion.
• Design tools that improve efficiency for internal teams, reducing errors and time-to-market.
• Shape requirements for data pipelines, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure the product meets strict standards.
• Motivate and inspire a talented team to do the best work of their careers.

About You

• Experience in B2B SaaS Product Management experience, ideally in fintech or investor-related industries.
• Experience with data science, machine learning, or LLM-based teams – ideally early-stage discovery work.
• Strong road mapping and prioritisation skills, with a track record of shipping products using Agile.
• Data-driven mindset – confident tracking metrics, running experiments, and analysing results.
• Skilled at balancing user experience, business value, and technical feasibility in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engaging senior-level customers and partners.
