You’ll be looking at ways to start using AI technology to enhance their product and be part of a team who are on a mission to make the world a better place What do they do? With a central Bristol office, you’ll get beautiful views and buzzing city energy while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working.The Role Taking ownership of the internal product roadmap, working alongside the principal product manager and VP of Product, focusing on scaling core platform capabilities, improving data workflows, and preparing for a brand-new AI-driven product launch.We’re looking for someone with a broad product skill set – equally comfortable working across user-facing UX/design initiatives and technical, backend, or operational workflows. That breadth is essential, as the product work here often spans the full spectrum — from crafting elegant user experiences to optimising data pipelines and internal systems.That said, we’re currently prioritising the technical and backend side of the product. So if you have a natural leaning or experience in this space, that’s a big plus — particularly as we prepare to fill a skills gap in this area within the team!What are we looking for?
- B2B SaaS Product Management experience, ideally in Fintech or other highly-regulated industries e.g Healthcare
- Experience with data science, machine learning, or LLM-based teams – (ideally early-stage discovery work)
- Strong road mapping and prioritisation skills, with a track record of shipping products using Agile
- Data-driven mindset – confident tracking metrics, running experiments, and analysing results
- Skilled at balancing user experience, business value, and technical feasibility in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engaging senior-level customers and partners
- Comfortable working across both technical and user-facing domains, with a preference for candidates who lean more toward backend/data-heavy products
