SAP SLCM Consultant Student Lifecycle Management

SAP SLCM Consultant | Student Lifecycle Management | Contract SAP SLCM | Higher Education | Configuration | Functional Delivery | ConsultancySR2 is working with a specialist consultancy on a new engagement and looking for an experienced SAP SLCM Consultant to support a client implementation. This role will focus on the design, configuration, and optimisation of SAP’s Student Lifecycle Management (SLCM) module, ensuring that it meets complex organisational requirements.You’ll join as part of a delivery team working across stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver a robust and user-focused solution.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of SAP SLCM solutions, from requirements gathering through to configuration and deployment
• Configure key SLCM components — including student administration, enrolment, academic structure, curriculum management, and grading processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into SAP solutions
• Support integration of SLCM with other SAP modules and external systems
• Provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and training to client-side users
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full lifecycle of SLCM processes

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience working on SAP SLCM implementations within higher education or public sector environments
• Strong understanding of student administration processes and how they map into SAP SLCM
• Ability to configure, test, and optimise SLCM functionality
• Knowledge of integration points with FI/CO, HR, and other SAP modules
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work closely with non-technical users
• Prior consultancy experience preferred

The Details:

• 3 months initially - 12 months of work
• Day rate: Market rate - inside IR35
• Location: Hybrid / Remote with potential client site visits
• Start: ASAP
