This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of information security capabilities in a multi-domain mission environment.We’re looking for a skilled Security Architect with deep experience in secure system design, policy, and assurance within classified or high-assurance environments. You’ll be part of a forward-leaning team embedding security principles into the architecture of complex, critical systems from day one.Key Responsibilities
- Architect secure-by-design solutions for multi-domain, multi-vendor environments
- Apply risk management and security principles in line with MOD/NCSC standards (e.g. JSP604, NIST, ISO27001)
- Collaborate across technical, policy, cyber, and delivery functions to ensure integrated, compliant architecture
- Lead on security governance, controls and assurance within system and platform design
- Translate security requirements into practical architecture and design artefacts
- Support accreditation planning, documentation, and stakeholder reviews
- Strong experience in security architecture within defence, aerospace, or secure government programmes
- Solid understanding of system security models, network segmentation, IAM, and secure data handling
- Familiarity with frameworks like SABSA, TOGAF, or MODAF is desirable
- Able to confidently operate across risk, compliance, architecture, and delivery teams
- Clear, structured communicator with an eye for detail
- Active SC clearance is essential
