Senior Account Manager £55,000 - £75,000 OTE + 20/30% Remote (with some UK travel) Really cool new client for us, an enterprise, cloud-based SaaS platform that helps safety-conscious organisations simplify inspection evidence, achieve compliance, and demonstrate transparency in record-keeping.With 5000+ active users, over 500paying customers they support organisations across local government, corporate, and SME environments with a particularly strong footprint in the offshore wind and renewable energy sector. The mission is simple: help customers operate more safely, efficiently, and sustainably.As they continue to scale they are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to help accelerate growth across the renewable energy sector. This is a high-impact role within a small, ambitious sales team, focused on winning new business, expanding strategic accounts, and building a strong long-term pipeline across the UK.The Role You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth in FY25/26 and beyond, with a balance of quick-win sales and strategic pipeline development. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys opening doors, building trusted relationships, and closing complex solution sales.Key Responsibilities
- Win new business and build strategic relationships with customers, prospects, and industry bodies
- Deliver solution-led, value-based selling to both new and existing customers
- Maintain accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting using HubSpot
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets while building a strong 12-month pipeline
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience selling into corporate or public sector areas
- Demonstrated success winning new logos and closing solution-based sales
- Strong grasp of structured sales methodologies
- Confident user of HubSpot CRM for forecasting and account management
- Knowledge of UK and European energy markets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, collaborating with teammates, and mentoring others
Salary: Base - £55,000 - £75,000 DOE, OTE + 20/30%Remote with some travel.
