Senior Product Manager - Inside IR35

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on a large-scale data transformation programme. The aim is to improve access to customer and product performance data by building out internal data platforms and tools.This role will suit someone who has worked extensively in complex organisations, is comfortable with technical and data-heavy environments, and can apply modern product practices to platform and back-end services.Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver data platform and analytics capabilities.
• Define product strategy and prioritise outcomes in a user-centred way.
• Balance functional and non-functional requirements to ensure robust delivery.
• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across a large enterprise environment.
• Guide discovery work to define product direction and opportunities.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive product management and strategy experience.
• Proven track record in data-led projects, working with large datasets, analytics, and visualisation products.
• Hands-on experience with data / platform products (pipelines, data storage, data movement/transformation).
• Strong background in back-end, technical or platform products.
• Experience in data transformation programmes.
• Comfortable working in Agile, multi-disciplinary environments.
• Ability to influence, communicate, and gain alignment at senior stakeholder level.
