  • Drive Data Quality: Proactively identify and rectify data inconsistencies, performing regular cleansing initiatives to ensure high data quality and integrity.
  • Support Reporting & Analysis: Upload routine client data and generate essential standard reports using business intelligence tools for client stakeholders.
  • Maintain Knowledge Systems: Update and maintain the database of national public sector statistics and the knowledgebase that supports the chatbot and large learning model functions.
  • Provide Technical Administration: Accurately input and maintain data (including specifications and user accounts) and provide support for internal tools and documentation.
What We're Looking For
  • Administrative & Data Focus: Proven experience in an administrative or data-focused role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Meticulous Accuracy: Strong proficiency in data entry with exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive problem-solver with an analytical mindset, a strong understanding of data quality principles, and a keen eye for inconsistencies.
