About the Role as a RAID Business Analyst
We are looking for a skilled and experienced developer to join our team on a temporary basis to support the development of new controls within our Revenue Assurance function. This role is critical to ensuring we meet our delivery timelines and maintain high standards of control integrity.
Key Responsibilities as a RAID Business Analyst
- Design and develop Rating and Allowancing controls using the RAID tool (version 8.2.10) developed by Mobileum.
- Work with the RV module to build controls from scratch.
- Collaborate with the existing team to ensure seamless integration and alignment with project goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control logic and data accuracy.
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience as a RAID Business Analyst
- Proven experience working with the RAID tool by Mobileum, particularly version 8.2.10.
- Strong understanding of the RV module and its application in control development.
- Background in Revenue Assurance, Rating, or Allowancing is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
