Warehouse Consultant

Location: UK – Remote

Contract Length: 18 months (Fixed Term)

Role Purpose

The Warehouse Consultant provides internal consulting and operational support across warehouse management and logistics execution processes, with strong expertise in SAP WM/EWM and automated warehouse environments.

Scope of the Role

• SAP WM & SAP EWM environments.
• Support for automated and integrated warehouse systems.
• Coverage of inbound, storage, picking, staging, and consumption flows.

Key Accountabilities

Warehouse Process & System Consulting

• Act as SME for warehouse management processes.
• Support SAP-integrated warehouses and issue resolution.
• Liaise with DTS and Managed Services.

Training & Support

• Develop and maintain system/process training materials.
• Deliver training to key and end users.
• Ensure adherence to standardised warehouse processes.

Enhancements & Continuous Improvement

• Lead warehouse-related enhancements and testing.
• Apply LEAN methods to improve quality and efficiency.

Project & Transformation Support

• Provide SME input to warehouse and logistics projects.
• Support SAP S/4HANA and Aurora transformation activities.

Experience & Skills

• WMS project/support experience.
• Strong SAP WM/EWM knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Education

• Degree preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages beneficial.
