Location: London, White City – Hybrid (minimum 3 days in-office)

You'll help evolve how data is viewed and utilized across teams, contributing to meaningful change in how we operate.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Data Accuracy & Analytics: Identify and address data inaccuracies, support analytics efforts, and interpret complex datasets.
  • Reporting & Power BI: Drive visibility through reporting and analytics. Help implement Power BI and define reporting standards.
  • Campaign Support: Contribute to initiatives like the "Data Matters" campaign, promoting data awareness and engagement.
  • Regulatory Alignment: Collaborate with health agency regulatory teams to ensure data readiness and compliance.
  • Strategic Insight: Assess current data practices, define future goals, and help shape the roadmap to get there.
  • Governance & Stewardship: Support data governance activities, including documentation, SOPs, training content, and quality checks.

Who We're Looking For

  • Innovative & Creative: You think outside the box, adapt quickly, and drive initiatives forward.
  • AI & Innovation Curious: You're excited by the potential of AI and small-scale innovations.
  • Education: BSc or MSc in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or Life Sciences with a data focus (or similar).
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Python. Experience with Master Data and data quality tools is a plus.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
