After migrating to their own proprietary platforms in 2024, investment has accelerated to support a product-led, Agile way of working. They need leaders who can continue this shift, uplift delivery maturity, and strengthen engineering culture. What You'll Lead:

  • An agile team of Developers and Test Engineers.
  • Drive delivery of the team backlog, ensuring quality, pace, and sustainable ways of working.
  • Partner with Product to balance feature development, tech quality, and operational excellence.
  • Own the team's technical direction, aligning delivery with wider architectural goals.
  • Champion modern engineering and QA practices across the lifecycle, you build it, you run it.
  • Coach and grow team members, managing performance and shaping a strong team culture.

What You Bring

  • Experience leading and coaching modern agile engineering teams.
  • A metrics-driven mindset and strong understanding of best-practice engineering and QA.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Background in C#/.NET or modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • A passion for improving ways of working and driving cultural change.
