This is a great opportunity to join a small but perfectly formed and friendly team who provide focused 1st and 2nd line support to some of the most vibrant and energised components . Backed by multiple specialist technical and project teams, the Local Technology Support team provide point-of-delivery support to several key entities. You will have strong PC and Mac support experience and be familiar with working in a busy IT support environment. As well as supporting end user devices, you will assist users with audio-visual equipment, managing IT assets and provisioning new IT assets for users. Above all else, excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn are key to success in this role
