Senior Business Analyst - RPA / Automation Manchester (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week)£70,000 - £80,000
We're partnering with a well-known gambling and gaming organisation that's scaling its automation capability and is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support this next phase of growth.
The focus of the role is on Robotic Process Automation, helping transform manual, internally facing processes into efficient, automated solutions. You'll work closely with operational teams and RPA developers to uncover opportunities, define requirements, and build a strong pipeline of automation work.
The role will involve:- Leading process discovery across business teams
- Identifying and shaping automation opportunities
- Translating business processes into clear requirements for RPA delivery
- Working with tools such as UiPath or similar automation platforms
- Acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst within RPA or automation
- A background in process analysis and improvement
- Hands-on delivery experience with automation initiatives
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills
- Willingness to work onsite in central Manchester twice per week
