Senior Product Designer

Location: Manchester (Hybrid)Salary: 70-80K Type: Full-time

A Senior Product Designer is needed to join a large, established, product-focused organisation. The role offers the chance to work across the full design process and help guide the direction of key digital products.

The Senior Product Designer will lead design work from early ideas through to final delivery. They will work closely with Product, Engineering and other teams, bring user insights into decision-making, and support junior designers as they grow.

• Lead design from research and ideas through to delivery
• Help shape product plans and contribute to wider strategy
• Run and interpret user research and usability tests
• Create wireframes, prototypes and final design assets
• Represent user needs in conversations with senior stakeholders
• Mentor and support junior designers
• Contribute to the design system
• Work with engineering teams to ensure designs are built accurately

Experience:

• Strong experience as a Senior Product or UX Designer
• Time spent working in established digital teams
• Confident working with and influencing different teams
